What materials do you use?
We use precious and semi-precious gemstones as well as sterling silver, 1k gold filled, and 14k rose gold filled.
Why do some pieces have metal options and others do not?
Each piece is hand made and carefully designed by GIA Certified Gemologist Kaja Dedijer, owner of Biti Besha Jewelry. This means that sometimes certain designs are meant to have a specific metal pairing in order to compliment the stones properly. Otherwise the pieces may be from past collections. Custom pieces are welcome and if you would like to request a different metal than the one listed or would like an origial piece please contact us! We would love to work with you! Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are welcome. If you see a style in the shop that you like but want to change the stone(s) or metals used, we can do that. Want something totally original? We would love to work with you to make your dreams a reality! Feel free to contact us here: Request a Custom Piece

What is your return policy?

How should I care for my one-of-a-kind piece?
It is recommended to use a silver polishing cloth for cleaning all pieces. Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to their surroundings. While these pieces can take on your day, we do not recommend sleeping with them on in case they snag on your bedding and possibly are damaged.
