Refund policy

All of our designs are HANDCRAFTED and VARIANCES MAY OCCUR. Each piece should be TREATED AS ONE OF A KIND. All the gemstones are natural and the chains and wire we use are all sterling silver or 14k gold filled. Tarnishing is a natural occurrence with sterling silver, so it should be treated like any other silver jewelry. All chains are soldered together, however some of the chains we use are elegantly delicate. Please keep this in mind while wearing.

If, for some reason you purchase one of our designs and decide its not quite right, you may return it under these conditions:

*Within 10 days after receiving your item.

*Item must be unworn and in the original condition to receive a refund. Only after receiving your return will we refund you.

*Returned items must be insured and have tracking number, we are not responsible for lost items due to uninsured or wrong address. Please make sure all is correct.
