All our items will be insured for $50 and shipped USPS priority mail. All items will be shipped 3-5 days after purchasing, please allow 1 week for certain items as some designs are made to order. Please make sure your address is correct when checking out with Etsy or PayPal, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship USPS first class mail. Buyers are responsible for any custom duties. We do not insure international packages. If you would like your packages insured please contact me. If insurance is not purchased we cannot be responsible for lost items.

RETURNS

All of our designs are HANDCRAFTED and VARIANCES MAY OCCUR. Each piece should be TREATED AS ONE OF A KIND. All the gemstones are natural and the chains and wire we use are all sterling silver or 14k gold filled. Tarnishing is a natural occurrence with sterling silver, so it should be treated like any other silver jewelry. All chains are soldered together, however some of the chains we use are elegantly delicate. Please keep this in mind while wearing.

If, for some reason you purchase one of our designs and decide its not quite right, you may return it under these conditions:

*Within 10 days after receiving your item.

*Item must be unworn and in the original condition to receive a refund. Only after receiving your return will we refund you.

*Returned items must be insured and have tracking number, we are not responsible for lost items due to uninsured or wrong address. Please make sure all is correct.

It is recommended to use a silver polishing cloth for cleaning all pieces. Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to their surroundings. While these pieces can take on your day, we do not recommend sleeping with them on in case they snag on your bedding and possibly are damaged.
